Zoho Hits Milestone: 300k Customers Served
August 1st, 2007 at 11:33 amSource:CenterNetworks
Zoho, an online office tool suite, has announced that they have reached a major milestone: 300,000 customers served. Check out our previous Zoho coverage.
“Zoho is growing faster than ever, which tells me we’re doing a good job serving our customers,” said Raju Vegesna, Zoho evangelist. “It took us 12 months to reach our first 100,000 customers, another six months to reach our next 100,000 customers. Now, we’ve attracted another 100,000 in four months. We owe our customers a big ‘thank you’ for letting us serve them.”
Continued Vegesna, “We don't measure our success by the number of customers. We measure it by the number of customers who are happy. If you search ‘Zoho Customer Service’ on Google, you'll see what we mean.”
Raju and I agree that customer service is the most important part of a business. Happy customers not only mean that they will continue to use the service, but that they will share the service with others. Happy customers are your best salesforce. Congrats to the Zoho team!
Editor's note: Zoho is a current CN sponsor.
