RealNetworks Acquires GameTrust for $50 Million

Real Networks has acquired GameTrust for around $50 million. GameTrust provides a private label gaming platform that allows other companies to launch their own branded casual gaming sites. According to the company, their platform hosts more than 8 million gamers per month, with popular sites such as GSN and MiniClip utilizing their software.
