Adobe Updates Photoshop Express EULA. Do Changes Go Far Enough?

While there had been much anticipation surrounding the release of Adobe Photoshop Express, once it got here people were less than thrilled when they came upon the End User License Agreement (EULA).
Under the original version of the EULA, users essentially signed away most all rights to Adobe for any image they uploaded to the service:
