Google Grants, an organization managed by a team of Google employees spread throughout the globe, including some 1,000 part-time volunteers, is celebrating its fifth anniversary as a group devoted to providing non-profits in some 16 countries with free AdWords advertising. While there had been much anticipation surrounding the release of Adobe Photoshop Express, once it got here people were less than thrilled when they came upon the End User License Agreement (EULA).
Under the original version of the EULA, users essentially signed away most all rights to Adobe for any image they uploaded to the service:
