Jay-Z and girlfriend Beyonce seem to be Apple fans. No surprise there: Plenty of musicians use Macs. What is surprising? Jay-Z was in one of those Hewlett-Packard “hand” ads last year touting HP laptops. At least Tiger Woods actually wears Nike. Catch the ad after the jump.

Most might kill for an iPhone, but not director David Lynch. Appalled by the notion of viewing his movie on a cell phone, Lynch rants about the technology in one of the featurettes accompanying the special edition of Inland Empire. Of course, YouTube louts have crowdsourced this into an anti-iPhone spot.

So this old guy brought his familiar patter to Google’s Mountain View headquarters today — oh, and Tony Bennett was there, too. Bennett is just one in a series of musical entertainers brought to the Googleplex, which is a heck of a perk. It’s like a free trip to Vegas without having to leave your office. No word on the set list Bennett performed. But given the proclivities of Burning Man attendee and Google CEO Eric Schmidt, might we suggest “Anything Goes”?
